Landis allows a seller to begin a sale process in minutes, get an offer within days and close shortly thereafter. Landis manages the entire sale process online.
Who are the pre-approved buyers?
Landis has a network of property buyers who have been verified and approved by the team to bid on properties in a short timeframe. Those buyers have been pre-approved by the Landis team based on many criteria including property focus, size, current properties owned, ability to close fast, track record and reputation.
How do buyers estimate their offers?
Offers from our pre-approved buyers are determined by the teams of real estate professionals at those companies. The more information you share with us, the more accurate the offer you will receive.
How is listing a property on Landis different from listing on other services such as Zillow, Redfin and the MLS?
Landis is completely different! Landis won’t send the details of your property to as many potential buyers as possible. It will only share it with a few, select buyers who have a track record of purchasing properties like yours. The fully online proprietary system we have built also streamlines the experience for both parties. Landis is making real estate more liquid than ever before.
Where does Landis operate?
We are currently active in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. It costs 1.5% to buy a property on Landis.
What about closing costs?
Just like a traditional transaction, both parties are responsible for certain closing costs which vary depending on geography and can include legal fees, escrow and title insurance charges.
How much do I have to pay to join Landis?
There are no membership or access fees to join Landis. There are no hidden fees.

Where do the properties come from?

Yes, as with any property purchase, you can hire any inspector. We can also provide a list of trusted inspectors we have worked with.
Can I use financing to buy a property?
Yes. We can also refer you to partners who are frequent lenders on the Landis transactions.
How quickly can I close on my property?
Landis typically facilitates closings within a week of a signed contract.
