Overview: We’re looking for an experienced sales and business development manager ready to hit the ground running.

  • Identify sales leads for the company
  • Make calls to inbound leads, follow up with newly registered users and introduce them to our marketplace
  • Use Salesforce to build high-quality funnels and ensure meticulous record keeping
  • Work directly with the founders to set the sales roadmap
  • Ensure product quality and timeliness of work, provide advice and guidance, and resolve problems to meet objectives
  • Help develop new and refine existing processes to enhance quality and productivity
  • Play an active role in hiring and mentoring other members of the team

Experience and Education Guidelines

  • At least 1 year in a Sales Development / Business Development role
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience selling to customers over the phone
  • Must be passionate about selling
  • Real estate experience strongly preferred
