Business Operations Manager

Overview: We’re looking for an experienced business operations manager ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in special projects in the real estate transaction process
  • Be the face of Landis with sellers and buyers
  • Lead a successful customer experience
  • Collaborate with our acquisitions and sales team
  • Ensure product quality and timeliness of work, provide advice and guidance, and resolve problems to meet objectives
  • Work directly with the founders to set operations roadmap
  • Help develop new and refine existing processes to enhance quality and productivity
  • Play an active role in hiring and mentoring other members of the team
  • Willing to travel up to ~10% of the time

Experience Guidelines

  • At least 1 year of experience in strategy, operations, marketing or general management
  • Experience on a cross-functional team, including working closely with operators
  • Sales and operations experience is a plus
  • Real estate experience is a plus
